  • Large bunch of any herbs 1 Piece
  • Onion 2 Pieces
  • Butter 3 Tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs 50 Grams
  • Eggs 2 Pieces
  • Potatoes 3 Pieces
  • Flour 3 Tablespoons
  • Chicken broth 1 Liter
  • Black peppercorns 2 Pieces
  • Salt - To taste

sup_s_kleckami-3742.jpgSeparate the herbs, wash them thoroughly, and dry them, then chop them finely. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Season with black pepper.
sup_s_kleckami-3743.jpgPlace the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Sauté the onion in melted butter. Remove from heat. Transfer a third of the onion to the breadcrumbs, set the rest aside. Add eggs, pepper, and salt to taste to the breadcrumbs, mix until smooth.
sup_s_kleckami-3744.jpgShape the dough into long sausages with a diameter of 2–2.5 cm. Cut them into pieces 1.5 cm wide. Cover with plastic wrap.
sup_s_kleckami-3745.jpgPeel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Bring the chicken broth to a boil and cook the potatoes over high heat for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and mash. Return the pot to the stove, reducing the heat to low.
