  • Flour (for the dough) 300 Grams
  • Salt (for the dough) 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Oil (for the dough) 30 Milliliters
  • Water (warm, for the dough) 200 Milliliters
  • Apple (filling) 6 Pieces
  • Lemon zest (filling) 1 Piece
  • Lemon juice (filling) 1 Piece
  • Sugar (filling) 3/4 Cups
  • Cinnamon (filling) 1 Teaspoon
  • Raisin (filling) 1/2 Cups

shtrudel-3483.JPGPeel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix the filling ingredients from the apples and let it sit for a while while the dough rests. Don’t forget to drain the juice before using the filling.
