  • Cocoa (for the glaze) 2 Tsp
  • Sugar 0.5 Cup
  • Sugar (for the cream) 0.5 Cup
  • Sugar (for the glaze) 3 Tbsp
  • Yolk 4 Pieces
  • Lemon zest (for the cream) 1 Piece
  • White (for the cream) 4 Pieces

Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites and whip the whites into a stiff foam.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate with the yolks, adding sugar gradually.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
  5. Fold in the egg whites gently into the batter.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Let cool and serve, optionally decorated with cream.
