Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.
- Separate the yolks from the whites and whip the whites into a stiff foam.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the yolks, adding sugar gradually.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the egg whites gently into the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Let cool and serve, optionally decorated with cream.
