  • Butter 100 g
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Salt 1 Pinch
  • Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup
  • Yolk 3 pcs
  • Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa) 200 g

Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing thoroughly. Grease 6 ramekins with butter. Divide the batter among the molds. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake until the edges of the cakes are golden (the inside remains soft). 7-10 minutes. Remove the cakes from the molds and serve hot.
