  • Sweet bread 500 Grams
  • Light raisins 1 Cup
  • Dried apricots 1 Cup
  • Chopped almonds 0.5 Cups
  • Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  • Cream 30% 2 Cups
  • Sugar 0.5 Cups
  • Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
puding_iz_sdobnogo_hleba-3239.jpgSoak the dried apricots and raisins in warm boiled water. In a saucepan, combine milk, butter, vanilla sugar, and half a cup of sugar. Place over low heat and warm without boiling until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes.

Remove the crusts from the bread and cut the flesh into small pieces. Combine flour, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, bread pieces, dried apricots, raisins, almonds, and lemon zest.

Cover with foil and place in a baking tray, filling it with hot water so that the water level is a couple of centimeters below the edge of the dish. Bake in the oven for 90 minutes. After baking, let cool in the dish.
