Doughnuts with Orange Sauce

  • Dry yeast 2 Teaspoons
  • Warm water 100 Milliliters
  • Honey 2 Tablespoons
  • Egg whites 3 Pieces
  • Flour (not full) 2 Cups
  • Salt 1 Pinch
  • Butter 50 Grams
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil for frying 1 Piece
  • Powdered sugar 1 Piece
  • Orange juice (for sauce) 1 Piece
  • Honey (for sauce) 100 Grams
ponchiki_s_apelsinovim_sousom-3316.jpgSift the flour with salt. In a large bowl, place one-third of the flour, add warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
