Meat Roll with Mushrooms

  • Pork 1.3-1.4 Kilograms
  • Fresh Mushrooms (champignon) 450 Grams
  • Dried Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons for frying mushrooms and onions) 5-6 Tablespoons
  • Onion (medium size) 1 Piece
  • Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon

myasnoi_rulet_s_gribami-115504.jpg2. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Wash the mushrooms, dry them with a paper towel, and slice them. Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings.

Sauté the roll over high heat on both sides in oil until golden brown, sprinkle with spices, and place it on a baking sheet greased with oil (don’t forget to place a tray underneath to collect drippings). Bake the meat roll with mushrooms in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. If the roll is thicker, increase the baking time.
