Carrot and Apple Juice Cocktail

- 2 large carrots
- 1 green apple
- 200 ml water
- Honey to taste (if needed)
Preparation Method
- Wash the carrots and apple, then cut them into small pieces.
- Add the chopped carrot and apple to the blender.
- Pour the water into the blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
- If desired, add honey for more sweetness and mix.
- Strain the cocktail through gauze or a sieve to remove the pulp.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with a slice of apple.
