Add sugar and 0.5 tsp of red pepper to the carrots. | |
Mix well. | |
Cut the onion into large pieces. | |
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. | |
Remove the onion from the pan. Take the oil off the heat and add vinegar. | |
Pour the prepared oil over the carrots. Mix well. | |
Press garlic into the carrot mixture. | |
Mix everything again. Before serving, let the carrots sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. |
