  • Egg 1 Piece
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon

  • Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Onion 4 Pieces
  • Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  • Water (warm) 1 Cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoons
manti-4106.jpgIn a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the dough. Make a well in the center, pour in warm water, and add 1 egg. Knead for 5-6 minutes. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 10-20 minutes.
