  • Mayonnaise (for dressing the salad) 3 Tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon (juice) 1 Piece
  • Honey 5 Tablespoons
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Pinch
  • Black pepper (to taste) 1 Pinch

Summer Spanish Salad

This delicious and original summer Spanish salad combines the freshness of lettuce, the sweetness of pineapple, and the delicacy of quail eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of lettuce leaves
  • 200 g of canned pineapple
  • 8 quail eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the quail eggs in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then cool them under cold water.
  2. Cut the lettuce leaves into large pieces and place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Add the diced pineapple and peeled quail eggs.
  4. Dress the salad with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix.
