Brownie Cake

• Wheat flour 90 Grams
• Butter 115 Grams
• Cocoa powder 40 Grams
• Sugar 200 Grams
• Chicken eggs 2 Pieces

	Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the cake. It’s best to take the butter and eggs out of the fridge in advance to achieve room temperature.
	Beat the butter and sugar using a mixer until the ingredients are fully combined.
	Add the eggs one by one to the butter-sugar mixture.
	The result will be a uniform mixture.
	Add cocoa powder and flour to the batter. On a slow speed, combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones.
	Your cake batter is now ready.
	Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Line a baking pan (15 by 20 cm) with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and smooth it out with a spoon. Place it in the oven for 35 minutes.
	Your brownie cake is ready. Let it cool on a rack, then carefully remove the parchment and cut into 9-12 equal pieces.
