Strawberry Milkshake

• Vanilla ice cream 50 Grams
• Milk 400 Grams
• Strawberries 100 Grams
• Sugar 1 Tablespoon
• Vanilla sugar 1 Pinch

	Thoroughly wash the strawberries, dry them with paper towels, and remove the stems.
	Place the ice cream and milk into a blender, and blend until smooth.
	Add the strawberries and sugar, and blend again until you achieve a uniform consistency.
	Then add a pinch of vanilla sugar, taste – if you need more sweetness, add sugar and blend well again. Pour the milkshake into glasses, garnish with strawberries, and serve.
