Crispy Salad
This salad is an excellent choice for lunch or a light dinner. Not only is it healthy, but it's also delicious, making it a real centerpiece on the table.
Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 medium tomato
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken fillet until cooked and cut it into cubes.
- Boil the broccoli in salted water and cool.
- Dice the tomato and feta cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the salad chilled.
