Crispy Salad

This salad is an excellent choice for lunch or a light dinner. Not only is it healthy, but it's also delicious, making it a real centerpiece on the table.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet until cooked and cut it into cubes.
  2. Boil the broccoli in salted water and cool.
  3. Dice the tomato and feta cheese.
  4. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve the salad chilled.
