Pea Hummus Recipe

Pea hummus is a unique and delicious appetizer that is easy to make and perfect for serving with pita bread or vegetables. In this recipe, we use green peas, which will give the dish a fresh flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked green peas
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation:

  1. Place the cooked green peas, tahini, olive oil, clove of garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Taste the hummus and adjust the flavor if necessary by adding honey or more lemon juice.
  4. Transfer the finished hummus to a deep plate and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
  5. Serve with bread or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
