Pea Hummus Recipe
Pea hummus is a unique and delicious appetizer that is easy to make and perfect for serving with pita bread or vegetables. In this recipe, we use green peas, which will give the dish a fresh flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked green peas
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation:
- Place the cooked green peas, tahini, olive oil, clove of garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
