brazilskii_pirog_s_kuricei-2690.jpgSift the flour, a pinch of salt, and the baking powder into a large bowl. In a separate cup, whisk together the milk, eggs, and 4 tbsp of vegetable oil. Gradually pour this mixture into the flour. Knead the dough until smooth, cover it, and leave it on the table while preparing the filling.
brazilskii_pirog_s_kuricei-2691.jpgPrepare the filling. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the chicken fillet and cook for 20 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cool, and then cut into small pieces. Keep the broth.

Cut the pulp into cubes. Chop the olives. In a saucepan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion with garlic until golden. Then add olives and tomatoes, pour in 2 tbsp of broth, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the chopped chicken and the corn with peas, mixing well.
