Mung Bean Soup: A Delicious First Course
This appetizing combination of beef and beans is not only delicious but also nutritious!
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef
- 300 g beans
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- Spices to taste (salt, pepper, bay leaf)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.5 l water
Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients: cut the beef into cubes, grate the carrot, and chop the onion.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Then add the carrot and sauté for a few more minutes.
- In a pot, place the prepared beans, sautéed vegetables, spices, and pour in the water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the beans and meat are cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
