Mung Bean Soup: A Delicious First Course

This appetizing combination of beef and beans is not only delicious but also nutritious!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef
  • 300 g beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Spices to taste (salt, pepper, bay leaf)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.5 l water

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the beef into cubes, grate the carrot, and chop the onion.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  4. Then add the carrot and sauté for a few more minutes.
  5. In a pot, place the prepared beans, sautéed vegetables, spices, and pour in the water.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the beans and meat are cooked.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
