Крумкейк Pancakes

Состав / Ингредиенты:

• Flour 1/2 Cup
• Eggs 3 Pieces
• Cardamom 1/2 Teaspoon
• Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
• Sugar 1/2 Cup
• Water (cold) 6 Tbsp

	Combine the butter with sugar. Whisk with one egg using a whisk. Add vanilla extract and ground cardamom. Gradually add flour and stir. Pour in the water; the batter should have a medium thickness.
	Generously grease the pancake mold with butter.
	Pour a tablespoon of batter into the mold.
	Cover the mold. Bake for about 1 minute.
	Roll the pancakes into envelopes.
