Pancakes for Breakfast

  • Milk 1.5 cups
  • Flour 2.5 cups
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • Baking soda (dissolve with lemon juice or vinegar. Can be omitted.) 1 teaspoon
  • Chilled boiled water 1.5 cups

The first pancake will turn out successful if you cook a small test pancake first to make sure the pan is heated correctly. Fry the pancakes over medium heat.
