Recipe for Sponge Cake with Kiwi and Strawberry

Ingredients
- Eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Flour - 1.5 cups
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Whipping cream - 500 ml
- Kiwi - 3 pcs
- Strawberries - 300 g
Cooking Process
- In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the flour and mix to avoid lumps.
- Add the baking powder and mix the batter thoroughly again.
- Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
- When the sponge cake has cooled, carefully cut it into two layers.
- Prepare the cream and spread it on one layer, then cover with the second layer.
