![]() | Prepare the other ingredients — 1 small onion, 2 green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon Jeera (cumin), 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1-2 tablespoons besan (gram flour) and 1-2 tablespoons rice flour. |
![]() | Combine all ingredients with the soaked Aval Poha and add some salt (you can also include curry leaves and fresh coriander if available). |
![]() | Form small patties. If the mixture is too wet, add more besan or rice flour. |
![]() | Fry in oil until golden brown. |

- Besan (Gram Flour) (used as needed) 1-2 Tablespoons
