Recipe for Apple Pancakes
These delicious apple pancakes are perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 apples
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a deep bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Grate the apples on a coarse grater and add them to the batter.
- Heat a skillet and pour a little oil.
- Pour a portion of the batter onto the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes hot, optionally with honey or jam.
